1 lb. ground beef 2 medium onions, chopped 2 tablespoons flour 14 ounces catsup 12 ounces corned beef 1 cup water 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon chili powder
Brown ground beef and onions. Degrease and place in casserole dish. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients, stir, breaking up the corned beef into small pieces. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Serve over hamburger buns or toast. 323 calories, 18.5 g. fat (6.8 g saturated), 65.5 mg. cholesterol, 717.2 mg. sodium, 22.5 g. carbohydrates, 1.5 g. dietary fiber, 17.7 g. protein, 36.2 mg. calcium
