Ingredients
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate 1 tablespoon whipping cream 2 tablespoons rum 1 1/3 cups sifted confectioners sugar 2 - 3 ounces chocolate vermicelli Method Over slow heat, melt the chocolate and stir in cream and rum. Beat in the confectioners sugar until mixture is fairly stiff. Roll into small balls and coat with the chocolate vermicelli. Place on a cookie sheet, and refrigerate for several hours.
