1 c Sugar 1 c Nuts 1 c Thick cream 1 pk Dates (ground up)
Boil sugar and cream to soft-ball stage, then add dates and cook until mass separates from sides of pan.
Add nuts and remove from heat.
Continue stirring constantly until thick.
Put on damp cloth and roll-up till cool.
Slice. --
