List of Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 (2 pound) flank steak
Instructions
Combine first five ingredients in a jar or leak free container and shake vigerously. Add flank steak to marinade and marinate atleast 2 hours, turning from time to time.
Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill steak about 4 minutes each side. Do not overcook. Slice thin and serve with crusty bread and tossed salad.
