Cajun / Creole Seasoning Blend 3/4 Tbs. salt 1 & 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 &3/4 tsp. onion powder 1 &3/4. paprika 1 & ½ tsp. dried thyme 1 & 1/4tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. dried oregano 3/4 tsp. ground bay leaves ½ tsp. chili powder Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. This can be used on seafood, chicken, beef, or vegetables. Makes about 1/4 cup.
