Cajun Marinade Makes about 7 cups
1 tsp. Garlic powder 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper 2 tsp. Onion powder 1 cup Soy sauce 6 c. Dry white wine
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate work well with beef, pork, chicken, or game for 3 to 6 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as the meat cooks in the broiler or on a out door grill. Use only what you need refrigerate or freeze the extra.
