3 pork chops Tony Chachere's seasoning ½ Tbs. Worcestershire 3 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 & ½ Tbs. ketchup 1 tsp. dry parsley flakes 1 Tbs. oil 3/4 cup water
Season pork chops with the Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste. Heat oil in skillet; brown chops on both sides. Add water and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low until done and water is evaporated.
