Crockpot Pulled Beef
Ingredients: 3-4 pound chuck roast 1 can French Onion soup 1 bottle of beer (any kind, just not a lite beer)
Directions: Place roast in crockpot. Pour soup and beer over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6. Meat will just pull apart. You can add bbq sauce to the sandwich, or eat it as is with some spicy pepper jack cheese!
