1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspooon oregano 1 teaspoon onion salt 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon basil 1 cup Italian salad dressing 2 cups water 5lb beef pot roast
Mix the spices with the salad dressing and water in the slow cooker. Place the beef roast in the slow coker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10hrs. Thirty minutes before serving, remove the beef and shred it using 2forks and pulling the meat part. Retun the meat to the broth and stir well. Cook covered on low setting for the remaining 30minutes.
Cut loaves of French bread into 6inch long pieces, then cut each piece down the middle and ladle the meat inside. Add a slice of mozzarellacheese on top of the meat.
