Pork Chop Casserole
6 thick cut pork chops 3 c. cooked rice 1 bottle BBQ sauce or 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder (opt.)
Brown pork chops and place in bottom of casserole. Mix together cooked rice, onion, mushrooms and BBQ sauce. Season to taste. Pour mixture over chops and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.

Pork Chop and Apples Casserole
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. barbecue sauce Few drops hot sauce, optional 1 c. chopped apple or applesauce 4 med. pork chops
Mix beans, onion, barbecue sauce, applesauce or chopped apple, and hot sauce in casserole dish. Brown pork chops in fry pan top of stove. Place on top of casserole mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.

Pork Chop Casserole
Grated American cheese 4 pork chops 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper
Season and brown pork chops on both sides. Arrange sliced potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over potatoes. Place pork chops over potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.

Meal in One Casserole
1 c. rice 1 can asparagus spears 1 can cream mushroom soup 4 pork chops 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper
Place rice in bottom of 1 quart casserole dish. Drain asparagus reserving juice. Arrange layer of asparagus spears on rice. Pour mushroom soup and asparagus juice over asparagus and rice. Add 1 can water. Place pork chops on top and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.

Pork Chop Casserole
2 lg. potatoes, slice about 1/4 inch 2 cans snap beans 3 or 4 pork chops
If you like you can put 1 can of mushroom soup over that. Slice potatoes. Put in the bottom of a casserole dish. Put the 2 cans of snap beans on top of potatoes. Then your pork chops on top. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes until pork chops are tender or done.

Pork Chop Casserole
6 (1/2" thick) pork chops Salt & pepper 3 1/2 c. applesauce 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in heavy skillet, remove and keep warm. Combine applesauce, raisins, salt, spices in skillet and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Add fruit mixture to noodles, mix well. Arrange in large greased 2 quart casserole. Top with browned chops, cover and bake 1 hour or until tender at 325 degrees.

Pork Chop Casserole
4 or 5 potatoes 4 or 5 pork chops 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 can French onion soup
Slice potatoes into a 9 x 11 inch casserole dish; arrange pork chops over potatoes. Combine the soups and pour over pork chops and potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Pork Chop Casserole
6 lg. pork chops (or more if skillet is lg. enough) 1 bell pepper 1 med. onion 1 lg. tomato or 2 med. size 1 sm. pkg. egg noodles 2 c. tomato juice 2 c. water (approximately) Salt and pepper to taste
Brown pork chops on one side, turn over to brown on other. While slowly browning, add 1 slice bell pepper, 1 slice onion, 1 slice tomato on each pork chop. Pour noodles over top. Pour tomato juice and water over all to cover. You may need to put more juice or water if needed. Bake in covered electric skillet slowly for about 30 to 45 minutes. You can, of course, use any skillet, but be sure to cook slowly and not scorch. Should be moist, not dry. Dip out one pork chop per serving and be sure vegetables and noodles are with each.

Pork Chops and Stuffing Casserole
4 to 6 pork chops 3 c. soft bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. water 1/3 c. water 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown chops on both sides, place in shallow 8 inch baking dish. Mix bread, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place mounds of stuffing on each chops. Blend soup and remaining water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pork Chop Casserole
6 center cut pork chops 2 c. rice, cooked 1 reg. can tomato juice 1 reg. can stewed tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
Brown chops, add cooked rice directly over brown chops. Next pour stewed tomatoes over rice. Then add onion and bell pepper over stewed tomatoes. Add salt, soy sauce, tomato juice on top; cover and simmer until onions are done.

Pork Chop Sauerkraut Casserole
6 pork chops, 1" thick or thinner (may use country style pork ribs or Polish sausage) 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut 1 c. chopped onion 1 med. apple, pared, cored, chopped 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 med. potato, pared & grated or diced
Combine the sauerkraut, onion, apple, brown sugar and potato in deep casserole. Cut some of fat from edge of chops. Some people like the fat. Dip in seasoned flour. Brown lightly. Place on top of kraut mixture. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Can be cooked in Dutch oven on top of stove too.

Pork Chop and Corn Casserole
4 lean pork chops 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 pkg. frozen corn 1/4 tsp. salt
Heat greased skillet, then brown pork chops in it. Browning both sides evenly. Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and thyme. Meanwhile turn corn into greased 1 quart casserole, first breaking up corn by striking the package on the hard surface of a kitchen counter. Sprinkle the corn with the 1/4 teaspoon salt. Top with the brown pork chops. Cover and bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4.

Pork Chop Casserole
4-6 pork chops Flour Boiling water 1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
Fry pork chops until brown on both sides. Season to taste. Sprinkle chops with flour on both sides and brown again. Pour 1 cup boiling water in pan and simmer until gravy is rich brown. Put chops and gravy in greased casserole. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Add another cup of boiling water and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.

Pork Chop and Hash Brown Casserole
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions 6 (3 oz.) pork chops 1 tbsp. oil
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Add half the cheese, potatoes and half the French fried onions. Mix well. Spoon into 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown pork chops in oil in skillet. Arrange over potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

Pork Chop Rhubarb Casserole
4 pork chops 3 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 to 3 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste
In skillet, brown pork chops in oil; add salt and pepper. Remove to platter. Mix 1/4 cup pan drippings with bread crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup. Sprinkle remaining crumbs into 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spoon half over the bread crumbs. Arrange pork chops on top. Spoon remaining rhubarb mixture over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer.

Pork Chop Casserole
4 pork chops 1 med. onion 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 sm. cans V-8 juice
Brown pork chops and drain off grease. Salt and pepper to taste. Place thin sliced onions on top of each pork chops. Put a tablespoon of brown sugar on each pork chop. Pour V-8 juice over this. Put a tight cover over the dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Pork Chop Casserole
5 or 6 pork chops or pork steaks 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 med. onions, sliced 1 (no.1) can pork 'n beans, drained 1 can vegetarian beans or barbecue beans 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard
Brown chops or steaks on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Brown onion in pan where chops were browned. Add beans and other ingredients. Pour over chops and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Good with baked potato and applesauce.

Pork Chop Casserole
8 (1/2 in.) pork chops 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 4 tbsp. butter 2 c. water 1 env. chicken noodle soup mix 1 tsp. sage 4 c. croutons or dry bread crumbs
Sauté celery and onion in butter in skillet. Remove celery and onions; brown chops; remove. Add water, sage, soup mix and sautéed onions and celery. Simmer 5 minutes and add croutons. Put in 9 x 13 pan with chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.

Pork Chop Casserole
4 to 8 pork chops 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 2 c. cooked macaroni Dash of cinnamon Onion to taste
Brown onion and pork chops in small amount of oil in frying pan. Remove pork chops and lightly brown macaroni in same oil. Add tomatoes, dash of cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish with pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Pork Chop Casserole
4 or 5 slices bacon 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut 4-6 pork chops, about 3/4" thick 1 lg. onion, sliced thin 2 or 3 lg. potatoes, peeled, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack tomatoes, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Cover bottom of a casserole with slices of bacon. Top the bacon with a layer of sauerkraut. Lay the pork chops on top with a layer of onion rings. Next arrange a layer of thin potato slices. Cover with tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle on the caraway seeds. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 2 hours.

4 (3/4 to 1 inch) pork chops 4 strips bacon 1 sm. onion, sliced 3/4 c. rice 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
Season pork chops and place in bottom of baking dish. Top with bacon and then onion. Spread rice over all. Pour soup over rice. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until rice is tender. Garnish as desired, (sliced olives or parsley.)

Pork Chop Casserole
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided Salt, pepper 1 pkg. (6 oz.) yellow rice (saffron) 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. seedless raisins 2 1/2 c. boiling water 6 apple rings
Trim excess fat from chops. Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons oil; season with salt, pepper; set aside. Sauté yellow rice, onion and celery for 5 minutes in remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Add raisins and stir to mix thoroughly. Add boiling water and stir. Turn into oblong casserole; top rice with chops. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Top pork chops with apple rings brushed with melted butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cover; bake 15 minutes longer. If desired, run under broiler to brown apple rings.
