Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes
1 tablespoon olive oil 6 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick 1 large onion, sliced 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine or beef broth 1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) RaguĀ® Old World Style Pasta Sauce 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives Pinch ground cinnamon (optional) Lipton Rice Sides - Spanish, prepared according to package directions
1. In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown chops; remove and set aside.
2. In same skillet, cook onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Add wine or broth and bring to a boil over high heat, scraping brown bits from bottom of skillet. Return pork to skillet and stir in Pasta Sauce and remaining ingredients. Simmer covered, stirring sauce occasionally, 20 minutes or until pork is tender. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice and garnish with fresh rosemary and additional olives. Serve with Lipton Rice Sides-Spanish.
