Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops Prep: 10 min, Cook: 25 min. 1 Tbs. olive oil 4 pork chops, about 1/4 lb. each 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté pork chops 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer pork chops to a platter. Set aside. Sauté mushrooms in same skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Add cream and return pork chops to skillet. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
