Herbed Chops Trattoria
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground 1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 lb. each 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil Combine all seasonings in a bowl. Coat chops with mixture. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chops until browned on both sides. Remove excess oil from pan. Cover skillet, lower heat and cook 7-8 minutes.
