Cider-Glazed Honey-Baked Ham 4-5 lb fully cooked boneless cured ham 1 cup apple cider 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp liquid smoke Place ham into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Pour apple cider over ham. Stir together all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon sauce over ham. Bake at 350 degrees, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices, for 60 to 70 minutes or until heated through. Serve carved ham with pan juices. Makes 8 servings.
