Stuffed Pork Loin Genoa Style Prep: 15 min, Cook: 1:30. 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped 1-1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 cup pine nuts 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. ground pork 1 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 1 tsp. ground black pepper 4 lbs. boneless pork sirloin roast kitchen string Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend together basil, 1 cup parsley and next 3 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Set aside. Mix ground pork, next 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup parsley in a bowl. Place pork roast fat side down. Spread with herb-cheese mixture and place ground pork mixture along center of loin. Fold in half and tie. Roast 1-1/2 hours. Slice.
