Ham and Cheese in a Potato Crust
1 24oz pkg frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
1/3 cup butter melted
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt(opt)
Preheat oven to 424.
Grease a 9 inch square or pie pan.
Press the hash browns between paper towel to remove excess
moisture, then press into and up sides of pan.
Brush the top of hash browns with melted butter.
Bake 20 minutes.
Layer the ham and cheese in the baked crust.
In a small bowl combine eggs, milk and salt. Pour over
layers of ham and cheese.
Reduce oven to 350 and bake 30 35 minutes or knife in center
comes out clean..
