Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, peppers 1 or 2 cans whole mushrooms 1 can baby corn, cut into 1 inch pieces italian salad dressing
Cut the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers into bite size pieces. Add mushrooms and baby corn. There should be about 6-8 cups of vegetables. Pour the italian dressing over vegetables and mix occasionally. This is best if marinated overnight.
