Gazpacho Salad 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, you may substitute mint 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 3 cups diced plum tomato(es) (3/4 pound) 1 1/2 cups seeded and diced cucumber(s) 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper(s) 1/3 cup chopped red onion(s) 1. In large bowl combine mayonnaise, parsley, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. 2. Add tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and onion; toss to coat. Cover; chill to blend flavors. 3. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Serves: 8
