1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. butter Pinch of salt 4 cups thinly sliced chopped apples 1 cup pecans
Cook first 6 ingredients in double boiler until thick. Pour sweet dressing over apples and pecans. May serve immediately, but is delicious after being refrigerated.
