1 1/2 cups Sour Cream 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1 cup flaked coconut 2 (15-ounce) cans fruit thingytail, drained 2 teaspoons grated lemon or orange peel Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Garnish salad with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Makes 10 (1/2-cup) servings
