Saurkraut Salad
1 qt. saurkraut
1 green pepper, cut fine
1 c. celery, cut fine
2 small onions, cut fine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. cold water
Mix well & chill overnight.
Keeps 3 weeks
