Tortellini Salad 2 lbs cooked tortellini, any flavor 2 roasted red peppers, chopped 1 cup sliced black olives 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil salt & pepper to taste Mix first three ingredients in large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over tortellini and toss. Can be served at room temperature.
