1 envelope unflavored gelatin 2 tablespoons cold water 1 package (6 ounces) orange Jell-O 2 cups boiling water 1 can (6 ounces) Minute Maid orange juice concentrate 2 cans (13 ounces) Mandarin oranges, drained and cut up 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple
Stir the unflavored gelatin into cold water. Add the orange Jell-O to boiling water. Stir in the unflavored gelatin mixture and blend until dissolved. Stir in the juice concentrate and add the mandarin oranges and pineapple. Pour into a dish or mold and congeal.
Topping:
1 package instant lemon pudding 1/2 cup Fresca 1/4 cup powdered milk 1/2 pint Cool Whip
Mis the pudding, Fresca, and powdered milk until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread the topping on the salad after it congeals.
