1 package (3 ounces) orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup Sprite
2/3 cup flaked coconut
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1-1/4 cups seedless grapes, halved
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and stir in the Sprite. Chill
until partially set. Stir in the oranges, grapes, and coconut and
fold in the whipped cream. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 cup mold.
chill until set.
