2 cans frozen grapefruit sections, thawed and drained 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Coke 1/4 cup thingytail sauce 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons onion, minced 1-1/2 pounds shrimp, cleaned and cooked lettuce cups
Blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add the Coke, thingytail sauce, pecans and onion and mix thorougly. Stir in the shrimp. Place lettuce cups on salad plates and arrange the grapefruit in the cups. Spoon the shrimp mixture on top.
