1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tsp wine vinegar 2 tsp dijon mustard salt, pepper and tarragon to taste.
Mix together with: large bag of peas (approx. 32 oz) 3 green onions, chopped 6 to 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped 1 cup spanish peanuts (or to your taste)
Mix together with sauce and keep chilled.
