1/4 c + 2 T mayonnaise type salad dressing 1/4 c ranch dressing 2 T grated Parmesan cheese 2 T Splenda 2 T red onion, finely chopped 1/4 c bottled real bacon pieces 2 c cauliflower florets 3 c Romaine lettuce, torn
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
Nutritional information: 224 calories, 15 g fat, 6 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 17 mg cholesterol, 543 mg sodium, 2 g fiber.
