Caramel Apple Salad
1 (3 lb.) bag apples (any kind) 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 (12 oz.) containers of Cool Whip ~ not extra creamy 1 (18 oz.) bag snack size Snickers 2 (8 oz.) containers of cream cheese
Slice apples very thin ~ with or without skin. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth, then beat in Cool Whip. Fold in apples and crumbled up Snickers. Save some crushed Snickers for the top.
Make sure you make the same day you are serving. You can add a little lemon juice to the apples.
