Macaroni Salad 1 lb. of cooked macroni 2 cups diced sweet peppers 1 cup diced onion 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1- 2 Tablespoons celery seed 1/2 cup grated carrots
Dressing:
1 pint Hellman's mayonnaise (2 cups) 1 (14 oz) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup white vinegar.
Mix all together . Store in airtight container. Refrigerate for 4 -6 hours. Stir well before serving
