These salads are all very different and so easy and very good.
Better Than S-e-x Salad Mix these ingredients in mixer until blended: I just used a whip 8 oz tub Cool Whip 1 can Eagle brand condensed milk 1 sm. tub sour cream. 8 oz – I just used half of 16 oz size.
Add and mix evenly: 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained 1 large can fruit thingytail, drained
Fold in: 1 can cherry pie filling. Mixture will turn pink. Chill in refrigerator at least 6 hrs.
LEMON-FRUIT SALAD 1 can fruit thingytail, drained 1 can mandarin oranges, drained, save juice 3 bananas, sliced 1 (3 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding
Stir the pudding mix into the juice from the mandarin oranges, Then add all the fruit. Chill before serving
Mandarin Fruit Salad/Apple Pie Filling 2 cans (11 ounce each) mandarin oranges, drained 1 can (21 ounce) apple pie filling 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained 3 medium firm bananas, sliced 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Yield 10 to 12 servings
For anoher quick to fix salad idea: Occasionally when I have had a large group I have purchased ready made potato salad at Costco and then added chopped hard boiled eggs and mixed up mayo, mustard, catsup and stirred it all together - Put some sliced hard boiled halves on top and sprinkled with paprika.
