Here's an unusual recipe from "Taste of Home" that could be low fat if you substitute low or no fat ingred.
3/4 c mayo 1 c diced celery 1-1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 3/4 c crumbled cooked bacon, divided 1/4 c shredded carrot 2 tbl minced chives 6 c popped popcorn
In a large bowl, combine mayo, celery, 1c cheese, water chestnuts, 1/2c bacon, carrots, and chives; mix well. Add popcorn; stir to coat. Spoon into a lettuce-lined bowl. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Serve immediately. Yield: 10-12 servings
