Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
For 4 Servings:
4 cups water 16 sage leaves, fresh or dried 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. sugar Bring water to a boil. Add sage leaves and remove from heat. Let steep about 3 minutes, or longer if stronger tea is desired. Strain and serve sweetened with sugar to taste.
