1 large can chicken broth 1 onion- minced ( if desired) 3 cups of Broccoli or more May add carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms, green beans- or any other vegetable. The vegetables may be fresh or frozen- I prefer fresh
Cook until broccoli or vegetables are done.
Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 lb Velveeta cheese-cubed. If you don't want the cheese............don't add it Heat and Serve.
