SPICY ASIAN BEEF AND SNOW PEA SOUP SERVES 6 1 pound sirloin steak cut into thin strips 1 tablespoon oil 1 quart beef broth 1 cup snow peas, cut into thin strips 1 cup carrots sliced diagonal 1 medium onion cut into sliced then in half 1 cup chinese style noodles 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon fresh finger minced 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili pepper flakes in skillet cook the beef slices in the oil. Remove from pan and cool. In large pot pour in the broth. Add in the snow peas,carrots and onion,and bring to boil. Reduce heat add in ginger, garlic,soy sauce, and hot pepper flakes. Add in the beef slices. Simmer 10 minutes. Add in the chinese style noodles. Cook noodles. Serve when noodles are cooked. Serves 6
