1-2-3 Chicken and Dumplings Serves 2 This recipe is ultra ez and fast. It will also 'double' easily. I used a 10 oz can of chicken and 3 cans of broth and 2 cans of biscuits, had plenty for 3 adult appetites and leftovers for lunch the next day.
1 (5 oz ) can chunk chicken 2 cans chicken broth 1 can refrigerated biscuits (cut into ΒΌ's)<br> Put the chicken and broth into a a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Slowly add the biscuit chunks and keep stirring. The biscuits will 'puff up' and the sauce will thicken as it cooks (about 10 minutes). Keep stirring, the longer it simmers the better it is. (of course ya don't wanna let it burn, lol)
