Fiery Rice 'n Bean Soup
Hot! Hot! Hot! This simple soup explodes with flavor.
Prep: 5 min - Cook: 15 min
1 package McCormick® Hot Chili Seasoning 2 cups cooked rice 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) pinto beans, undrained 2 cups low sodium chicken broth 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes 1 cup chopped green onions Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Garnish each serving with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, if desired.
Makes 8 servings
