Southwest White Chili
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cilantro Leaves
1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (19 ounces) white kidney beans (cannellini)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, optional
2 sliced green onions, optional
1. Combine garlic powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro and red pepper in a small dish and stir until well blended. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and onions; cook 4 - 5 minutes, stirring.
3. Stir in chicken broth, chiles and spices. Simmer over low heat 15 minutes.
4. Stir in beans and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Top with cheese and sliced green onions, if desired.
White Chicken Chili
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 package McCormick® White Chicken Chili Seasoning
1 cup water
1 can (15 -16 ounces) white beans, undrained
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until golden.
2. Stir in seasoning, water, and beans. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Tip: In step 2, add 1 can tomatoes (14 1/2 ounces) diced and drained or 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes; or 1 can corn (8 3/4 ounces) or 1 cup frozen corn.
Santa Fe White Chili

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1 leaf McCormick® Bay Leaves , broken in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles

1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Salt
3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper , optional
1. Heat well-oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and onion; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until done.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
