Ingredients: 1 lb. sausage browned Tobasco 1/3 clove garlic minced 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 1 C. instant grits 1 C. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 C. melted butter 2 large eggs beaten 1 8 oz. can chopped green chilies
Preparation: Brown sausage and drain. Break up and add Tobasco, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook grits according to package directions. Add cooked grits to the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
