hot sauce
2 pounds onions whole red peppers or two good handfuls of crushed chili peppers 3-4 teaspoons dry mustard 3-4 teaspoons tumeric 3-4 teaspoons cayenne 3-4 teaspoons horseradish 1 teaspoon salt 5-6 Tablespoons regular mustard.
Thin out with vinegar to desired thickness. ;D
