Sausage Casserole 2 lbs hot sausage 16 oz cream cheese 2 cans crescent rolls Brown sausage and drain fat and grease. Melt cream cheese into sausage and mix well. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with one can of crescent rolls. Put sausage mixture on top. Cover with the other can of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
