FRANKFURTER CHEESE BAKE
¼ lb egg noodles, cook and drain 3/4 cup grated strong cheddar cheese 1 TBS flour pinch salt ½ cup milk 2 TBS melted butter ½ lb frankfurters, sliced 2 TBS Miracle Whip 2TBS Brown Sugar 1 tsp prepared mustard
Combine cheese, flour, salt. Stir it along with the milk and butter into the noodles. Pour into a buttered shallow pan. Combine the sliced franks with the miracle whip, sugar and mustard. Spoon evenly over the noodles. Bake 375* for 20 minutes. Serves 2 or 3 depending on how hungry you are (I often double it) It really is most delicious!
