ONE POT CASSEROLE 4 medium carrots 4 medium potatoes 1 small head of cabbage 1 package smoked sausage 1 cup water
Quarter potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Put carrots and potatoes in bottom of electric skillet. Add sausages, then put cabbage on top. Add about 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and turn down and cook about 20 minutes or until tender.
