Herbed Rice Pilaf
2 cups uncooked long grain rice 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup butter 4 cups chicken broth 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme
In a skillet saute rice, celery and onion in butter until rice is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Spoon in to a greased 2 QT casserole. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 325*F for 50 minutes or until the rice is done. Serves 8.
