1 can shoe peg corn (drain completely) 1 can niblet corn (drain completely) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 of small onion (diced) 3/4 stick marg. (melted) 1 round pack of Ritz crackers In a med. size bowl ,stir all together both cans of corn,soup,sour cream , onion. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir crushed Ritz into margarine, crumble over the top of the casserole, lay a piece of foil over top . Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 min. Remove the foil the last 5 min of baking.
