8-10 medium potatoes, boiled and smashed 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1/4 cup real butter (1/2 stick) Salt and pepper to taste
IN a mixer bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn potatoes into a casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. This is a good recipe for mashed potatoes that can be made ahead and baked just before serving. Serves 10-12
