This dish takes only 10 minutes to cook!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 small onion, sliced 1 cup canned mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup each, sliced celery, carrots, green pepper 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) white flakes of chicken, drained 2 cups bean sprouts 1/3 cup chicken stock 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1-2 tablespoon soy sauce Chopped green onion (optional) Preparation:
Heat oil over high heat either in a wok or deep fry pan. Add onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots and pepper. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken and bean sprouts. Combine chicken stock, cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into chicken mixture and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion.
