1 6oz Package of semisweet chocolate pieces 2 Table spoons of butter or margarine 1 egg 1 cup Sifted powdered sugar Dash of Salt 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut 1/2 cup chopped Dry roasted peanuts. In a medium sausepan melt choclate and Butter or margarine over low heat stirring constanly. Cool to lukewarm.Beat in a egg untill smooth and glossy.Add powdered sugar salt and vannila mix well.Stir on the coconut and the nuts.Chill.Form into a 10 inch long roll.Wrap and chill untill firm.Several hours or evernight.Slice 1/4 inch thick slices. Makes 40 Slices. I found this Recipes in a cookbook Called All holiday Cookbook. It is too good just for Christmas time.
