Pork Chops & Rice
1 cup rice, browned in hot fat or shortening in the pressure cooker pan
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4 oz can chopped green chili peppers or a chopped bell pepper
1 #2 can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup water
Pork chops, browned, 4 to 8 depending on your family's appetites
Brown the pork chops in the pressure cooker pan or a fry pan. Set aside.
Brown the raw rice in the pressure pan.
Add water, onions and peppers, place the pork chops on top of the rice, pour the tomatoes over the pork chops and pressure cook about 10 minutes.
