Swedish Meatballs
1 pound (.45 kilo) ground beef
1 pound (.45 kilo) ground pork
4 tablesspoons (50 ml) bread crumbs
4 tablespoons (50 ml) cream or milk
3 tablespoons (40 ml) finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
½ teaspoon (2 ml) salt
¼ teaspoon (1 ml) pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into small meatballs and arrange on a baking sheet.Bake for 15 minutes.
