Crockpot - Glazed Ham Balls
for the balls: 2 lb. ham, ground 1 c. cracker crumbs 2 eggs pinch salt
for the glaze: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard 1 c. hot water
Mix the ham, crumbs, eggs and salt together. Roll into balls and place in crockpot/slow cooker. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over ham balls. Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours, or on low for 4 - 6 hours. OR may be baked in oven at 325 for 1 hour.
